Todaayyyyy I just feel like posting some classic EPIC ish from my personal favorite era in music, the SOUL era, the 1970's! There are definitely some newer musicians that are inspired by the original soul era, but I wanna go baaacccck... Soul music to me is music that is inspired fully by fusing the energy, the spirit, the feeling into something as simple as telling me to "Get up offa that thing"... Music that can take you down low and cause you to relate to an emotion you've never experienced... Music that can bring you back up and make you stand up on the inside without you placing a foot on the ground... An expression of what often cannot be put into words, things ranging from sexuality/love/ and political uprising, but the chords played upon the piano, the notes plucked from the bass guitar, the squeal emitted from the brass horn or that wail pushed from the inner most part of the body, some how says it all... Soul music is my favorite music...

Apparently you had ME, the Dark and Lovely DIVA, in mind when you made this song. You could have at least had the courtesy to call me when you made this video.
