For Immediate Release Hodgie Street is back with his highly anticipated release entitled, “The Go In”, hosted by Team Invasion’s DJ Giovanny. The project features production from a plethora of producers including Young Los (Max B in house producer), The Kick drums (50 Cent, M.O.P., Joel Ortiz), B Banga (Lil Wayne, Juelz Santana, Gucci Mane, Cam’ron), Fly.Union, D White, A.U. and J Fiya to name a few. The album also features appearances by Gucci Mane, The Kickdrums, and Kim Joyce. The Go In is much more in depth then Hodgie’s past work, as he pushed his creative limits in order to create something that would be remembered. A couple tracks to look forward to are “Free Fallin” and the Kickdrums assisted “Sky High”. These records mix the dynamics of good hip hop and an alternative sound together, to create something different. The Gucci Mane assisted “Whats Up” has club banger written all over it, while the dark “Nothin” closes out the disc with Hodgie proclaiming he would do anything for those he holds close. This release will be a treat to listeners. It embodies what the Mid West stands for, and I’m sure anyone can relate. The creative direction of this tape was formed off true emotions and instinct at the time being. Without further ado, I bring to you, The Go In.
